Three views from a visionary. Three contracts.

Lindsay did not collect ground. He picked the hill, wrote the paper, and left the house holding the piece that still matters. Lake Catcha, West Gore, Debert Lake.

Lake Catcha

One of Lindsay’s first claims and first deals. The option was signed in 2005. The royalty was written to the property, and it survived the company changes that followed. The operator now is St Barbara.

West Gore

A First World War antimony mine that stopped when the war did. Lindsay staked the best of it in 2009, a career piece. The option was signed in 2021. Military Metals is drilling it.

Debert Lake

The anomaly was his before the 2011 speech. Elk transferred the discovery to Magnum around 2013. Lindsay sold in and became a major shareholder. Goldfields still tells that story.

Before the talk →

Goldfields, Debert Lake

Identifiers, not an offer. Elk does not operate Lake Catcha or West Gore. The Debert interest is shares, not an NSR. Goldfields’ language about a deposit is theirs. Elk does not adopt it as a resource.
