Staking for the Future.A Prospecting Legacy. The next phase.
Elk X is Lindsay Allen’s ground, carried on by his son. Elk holds royalties on several Nova Scotia projects other companies are spending to advance.
The new frontier is Little Snare Lake: 21 claims on the south granite contact, in good standing, open to a partner.
Little Snare Lake
EL 54566. Byers Brook volcanics on the Hart Lake–Byers Lake granite. Rare earths confirmed. The south side of Debert Lake is no longer a theory. It is mapped, shot, and loaded for the laboratory that turns this contact into the next campaign.
Legacy
Lindsay Allen, Founder & President of the Nova Scotia Prospectors Association. A pioneer revitalizing mineral exploration in Canada. His last inspiration: REEs.
Royalties
Catcha & West Gore royalties are secured. Debert Lake shareholding in Magnum Resources. Operators named. Terms stay in the contract.
Why a partner shows up
The contact is the asset.
Gulf Minerals drilled this district for uranium. Lindsay found the Debert anomaly and staked the discovery in 2005. MacHattie’s 2011 work explained the core and pointed south. Around 2010 Elk transferred that discovery to Magnum, and Elk became a major shareholder. When ground came open on the south side, Elk took Little Snare Lake.
2022–23: scintillometer and handheld XRF on the road grid, with Ron Mills and Ken Mallett in the work. Six shots are named for follow-up. Assays so far are poor. Presence is confirmed. That is the honest state of a prospect worth the next dollar.
XRF figures on this site are indicators, not grades.
Modernization
A royalty you can verify.
Option agreements and NSRs are still paper. Elk X is designing a way to put a royalty, tied to a named claim and a named operator, on-chain as a financial instrument. A tokenized claim with a contract.
